Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Australia usually in 2-5 Business days. It may occasionaly take a little longer, particularly around Christmas when we're working all hours. We don't currently offer the next day service as standard because its very expensive. Feel free to request next day delivery in the special instructions or over the phone and we'll do our best to arrange it for you. If you want the parcel 'left around the back' or some such, I'm afraid we can't do that - its much safer for you to pick up the parcel at the post office if you happen to be out when they first try to deliver it.

We are committed to supporting the environment and recycle our own packaging materials whenever possible.

Australia regular parcel post

Our online service currently uses Standard Australia regular parcel post and we charge it at cost plus 10% to cover the cost of handling and extra packaging. Our billing system makes this calculation automatically for you on every order so that we can keep your shipping costs to a minimum.

Here is how the calculation is made:

• We take the 'cubic weight' of each item as defined by the post office (this is almost always the same as their normal weight) and bundle them into packages weighing not more than 20kg including packaging.
• We use the Australian post calculator for each package and add them all together
• Finally, we add 10% to cover handling and the additional packaging used to keep your items in perfect condition during transit.

Remember that all of our products are built to last and are made of sustainable materials so they do tend to be on the heavy side!

While we don't have a walk in shop because we try to keep our prices to a minimum, we would love to meet you!

Our warehouse and office are about 45 minutes drive North West of Brisbane's CBD. Please contact us to arrange an appointment so we can have your order ready and waiting for you.
